For bookings until 31st December 2012 we are delighted to offer the following special rates (minimum 3 night stay):
USD$ 800 a night (including continental breakfast each morning)
USD$ 750 a night (excluding breakfast)
Prices are charged per night for sole use of the entire villa sleeping 8, (6 adults + 2 children under 12) and all facilities. Please contact us for additional options if you have more than 8 in your group. Airport transfers from Kota Kinabalu or Kudat can be arranged at an additional cost and also your first night's meal and any subsequent meal.
Peak season - (minimum 3 night stay)
USD$ 1,100 a night (including continental breakfast each morning)
USD$ 1,030 a night (excluding breakfast)
Peak season is:
December 19th to January 2nd
